I was nervous about the insertion, but the medical-grade silicone is soft enough that it went in without any trouble. Getting a full 12 hours of protection means I'm not hunting for a bathroom at work anymore.
Switching between the 20 and 30 ml cups for my lighter and heavier days is so simple, and I honestly forgot I was wearing it during a full workday. The medical silicone feels smooth and gentle, and getting those full 12 hours of protection means no mid-day bathroom dash.
The 12-hour protection is a game changer for my heavy days, and I love that it comes with both sizes so I can switch based on flow. Insertion was way easier than I expected thanks to the soft medical silicone, no leaks even during my morning workouts.
