I wasn't sure the fluttering motion would do much for me, but the slower speeds are surprisingly rumbly and the faster ones get me there quickly. Six patterns is more than I'll ever use, though I keep coming back to the same two.

I cycle through the 6 patterns and speeds depending on my mood, and the fluttering setting on my clitoris gets me there faster than anything else I've tried. It's quiet enough for a thin-walled apartment too, which I didn't expect.
